ARCUS Industrial Group was enriched with another production asset.<\/p>\n

In March 2023, ARCUS Industrial Group completed the acquisition of the former \u201cSvetlogorsk Welding Electrodes Plant<\/a>\u201d. The company, located in the Republic of Belarus, had been in bankruptcy for more than a year at the time of the acquisition. Once one of the largest manufacturers of welding products in the CIS, which produced the famous MONOLITH electrodes, had to be revived.<\/p>\n

Specialists of Magnitogorsk Electrode Plant were engaged in the launch of the enterprise. In a short period of time they had to solve many technical and administrative tasks: to provide power supply to the plant, to connect to utility networks, to ensure the supply of raw materials. The most difficult was the personnel issue, since many employees found new jobs during the shutdown. Despite all the difficulties, the plant produced its first 100 tonnes of products by the end of April. After the plant started production and a new team was formed, the management decided to modernise some of the equipment and purchase new technological lines.<\/p>\n
