The automated line of ULTRA electrode packing in ergonomic tubes was launched.

In December 2023 the industrial group specialists launched the up-to-date packaging line designed and developed with due consideration of electrode manufacture requirements. This line enables to automate entirely the process of electrode packaging in the current package type – oval tubes.
 
Oval tubes are ergonomic package type which along with GOST packs ensures electrode preservation and protection against moisture, dirt and mechanical damages due to multilayer laminations. The packaging is notable for its attractive appearance, convenient shape and compact size for easy storage and transport. All this together contributes to maintaining electrode quality at the high level and excludes counterfeit products.
 
The automated line is intended for production of the new Ultra electrode grade in 1 kg and 2.5 kg packs.
