ARCUS Industrial Group took part in Weldex 2023 exhibition

ARCUS Industrial Group took part in the Weldex 2023 exhibition held from 10 to 13 October 2023 at the “Crocus Expo” exhibition centre in Moscow.
The Weldex exhibition is rightfully the leading exhibition on welding and cutting in Russia and the CIS countries. In 2023, the exhibition attracted over 6,000 guests. More than 150 companies from Russia, China, Turkey, India, and Vietnam presented their products at the exhibition.
During the international exhibition, our industrial group officially presented the new ARCUS trademark. More than 150 brands of welding consumables are produced under the ARCUS brand, from five leading factories:
- Welding wire manufacturer “Cherepovets Plant of Welding Consumables” (OOO “CZSM” ) in Cherepovets
- Welding electrodes manufacturer “Magnitogorsk Electrode Plant” (ООО “MEZ” ) in Magnitogorsk
- Welding wire manufacturer “Cherepovets Plant of Welding Consumables – Ural” (OOO “CZSM-Ural”) in Magnitogorsk
- Welding wire manufacturer “SvarMontazhStroy” (ООО “SMS”) in Dolgoprudny
- Welding electrodes manufacturer “Ameta Electrode” in Svetlogorsk, Republic of Belarus
The main purpose of uniting products under one brand is to introduce a unified quality control system and to increase production output. At present, the ARCUS trademark accounts for 18% of all welding consumables manufactured in Russia and CIS countries. Due to this ARCUS takes a rightful place among the top three largest manufacturers of welding consumables and welding solutions.

Also during the exhibition, the release of welding electrodes in new packaging was announced:
- Tubes – convenient, ergonomic and practical packaging.
- Vacuum film – packaging that reliably protects welding electrodes from moisture during transportation and storage.
The closing ceremony of the exhibition was accompanied by the awarding of diplomas.
